After 4 years at Emerson College majoring in Theatre Education/Acting, Kit has spent the past decade teaching various arts and theatre programs to toddlers, seniors, and everyone in between. Their work as a teaching artist has led them to multiple regional and national tours teaching in prisons, monasteries, assisted living facilities, community centers, large non profits, schools, zoos, replicas of the US Senate Chamber, colleges, medical schools, and more. Locally in Rhode Island they have taught programs at The Gordon School, The Lincoln School, The Croft School, Vartan Gregorian Elementary, The Steel Yard, and The Wilbury Theatre Group/Achievement First. Teaching is an essential component of Kit’s life and working with students of all ages has taught them more than any class or textbook could.
